If you split a topic there is no 'new' icon

I’m not sure if it is a bug.
But when i split a existing topic into 1 new topic the new posts indicator is not showing.

Is it not showing for you or for other users?

It is also niet showing for other users. And new posts are nog showing in the unread section.
