Ignored vs. Muted users

Hello, I read several (~10) forums powered by Discourse, and in one of them only, I noticed the “Ignored users” feature. Does this mean it is too recent to be everywhere? But it’s not even on this forum (meta) which seems strange. Or is it configurable by the admins and they can disable it?

I’m asking because I really need something like Ignored users. I don’t use notifications at all, so the Muted users feature doesn’t do anything for me.

Typically, the Ignore feature is available to users Trust Level 2 and up, though can be tweaked per site with ignore allowed groups. So there’s a chance you either haven’t reached that level yet, or the admins of the site have changed it away from the default.
