I'm not receiving any notification emails

I received the Summary email today in the morning, but now I was just testing some replies to a test account, and then replying back to my admin, and none of the accounts is getting emails.

I always close the browser of the destination account, to avoid the system thinking I’m online, but that doesn’t change anything.

I tried sending a test email from
/admin/email and I received it on both accounts, so it’s some setting that’s not set up properly.

Where do I configure the time (in this case is set to 10 minutes)? Basically I want the emails to be sent as soon as the user has no browser window open, even if it was 20 seconds ago.

I just noticed that I received the old notifications on one of the accounts, the one that has been closed for more than 10 minutes, so it seems that the emails are still sent, but they are held for 10 minutes. I’m not a big fan of this behavior, so how can I just send them right away when the user is not online?

I think 10 minutes is a bit too much. How much time is ideal? I was thinking maybe 2 minutes. Any tips/suggestions?

For me two minutes can be a bit short time to read, understand what is wrong and fix the content. Perhaps 5 mins?

Makes sense.
On some other forums I sometimes get the first version of a reply on my email. That doesn’t really bother me that much, to be honest. But yes, 5 minutes seems like a good compromise.
