I would like to propose that “Group Owners” be added as an option for “who can @mention this group” and “Who can message this group?”
This would enable admins and moderators to empower group owners to @mention/message large groups without risking too many members of that group use those features and create unwanted amounts of notifications to other group members.
I think this is a very reasonable request, @pmusaraj has been busy adding an option here for “logged on users” I think it makes sense to add this as well as part of this re-organisation.
