Interface button is dissapeared

hello again. sorry to opening second topic but the problem is still going on. (first topic : Color palette problem - #13 by tenisforum)
there was a problem with dark/light/auto button coloring but now the button is totally dissapeared.

this is the settings, but it’s not on the header or somewhere else. what did I miss?
