IP- Banned from my own discourse?

Hello,
I recently impersonated a user on my forum, then logged out. But now, when I try to log on to my own account, it says I can’t log in from my ip address. I am not using a VPN. Could you please tell me how I can get my account back? Thank you!

Login through a different IP (mobile data etc.) Then as an admin, go to the admin area and unblock Your IP address. Log back in.

The specific area you want is Admin, Logs, Screened IPs.
