Our mod team uses the IP lookup feature to catch ban evaders.
In the last few days, even when IP matches are found, no usernames are listed.
Not sure if this is a config issue or a bug?

I could repro this, but then I updated to the latest version (b9e919074d) and it seems to have come good now. 
Could you try updating and seeing if that resolves it for you too?

Just want to chime and and say we are having the same issue as the OP. We are on 7f2233b1d3 but plan to upgrade to the latest soon. Will report back.
