Is Discourse not as smooth due to web app limitations

Is this a performance issue with Discourse, or am I the only one facing this due to phone specs?

I’m on an iPhone 15 Pro, and probably 80% of my disk is free, with minimal RAM usage. Still, I can feel this.

Also, I’m on 5G. It doesn’t feel very smooth. Is it because it’s a web app, or what’s the actual reason? Just curious about this.

This doesn’t look like “slow” to me, looks like it doesn’t handle the keyboard removal event

The slide-up is handler by the browser itself it seems

Made the changes, I meant not smooth. So it’s generally an issue caused by a browser, right?

Is this feel mostly around keyboard events? Safari doesn’t support the proper VirtualKeyboard API | Can I use... Support tables for HTML5, CSS3, etc so we left with hacks to make that work properly, which certainly doesn’t help.
