The language dropdown in the header resets the Show original content instead of translated content. preference. Is this intended? For me, this was confusing. I expected it to only adjust the interface language.
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable the
show original contentpreference - don’t forget to save the change.
- Reload and select another language in your preferences - save that too.
- Reload again: Expected and actual result: The checkbox to show original content is still selected.
- Use the dropdown in the header to change the interface language.
Expected result: The checkbox to show original content is still checked.
Actual result: Showing original content is no longer enabled.
I really liked having a quicker option to switch my interface language to take a screenshot. Since the dropdown now not only changes the language preference, I still have to visit my preferences to reset everything to how I had configured it before.
