For example, I’d like to ask the AI questions about Discourse features, settings, etc, and get responses, in a chat format. Is the search “Discoveries” features as close as it gets currently? That shows a single response to a search query sometimes. Maybe opening Chat DMs or Channels with Discobot…

[изображение] tobiaseigen: ask.discourse.com It’s probably a silly question, but I wonder why ask uses the .com domain extension, when the main site and the forum both use .org  I’ve more than once typed “ ask.discourse.org ” by mistake…

Me too! I am not sure why that decision was taken. :person_shrugging:

It is a commercial thing, I think the URL is right, it leans on for pay LLMs to actually power it. That said, I think it is fair that we should add a redirect @tobiaseigen can you add a TODO to track this, infra or maybe even it support can take care of this.

We now have a redirect ask.discourse.org → ask.discourse.com . Thanks, @lilly ! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: And thanks, @Canapin , for asking the not so silly question. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I got burned by this a few times myself!

not silly at all - this caught me the first couple times i tried tbh. I added the redirect now.

Ничего смешного в этом нет — честно говоря, я сам попался на этом пару раз при первых попытках. Я уже добавил редирект.
