新しいカテゴリにタイトル内のリンクを追加してもクリック可能なリンクにならない

以前にも発生したことがあるので（@Canapinさんが言及したように）、これらをリンクして、より追跡しやすくします。

Immediately after creating a new category, pasting a link in new topic's title doesn't automatically fill the title and the post content
