The links when you click the pencil at admin/badges/:badge_id have changed from, for example, admin/customize/site_texts?q=badges.certified.long_description to admin/customize/site_texts/badges.certified.long_description?locale=en.
Is there a reason why the locale was set to “en”?
Unless you want to edit “English (US)”[1] this does not work, because when you go back to search, there is no search term, so you cannot easily switch the locale and edit the text you intended.
When you have bad luck, you have searched for something else prior to editing the badge. Then “back to search” isn’t blank, but takes you back to that search, which is even more confusing.
