Looking to add additional text to invite screen

Our site is invite only, once people click the invite link they are taken to a sign up page that is slightly different than the default sign up page. I just want to add a little text blurb here without editing any existing text.

I found this forum post: Add introductory text for sign-up - #2 by dax but their solution didn’t work for me. I even tried disabling invite only to see if it affected regular sign up and not invite sign up but it didn’t.

How can I add a little paragraph to the invite sign-up page?

One way you could do this is by editing the js.invites.invited_by site text. For instance, if you change it to this:

The invite screen will then look something like this:

If you want to do something more sophisticated, you’d have to create a theme component. If you need help with this, you can ask in Marketplace.
