Make Archived/Close be filtered out in "Latest"

The Archived and Closed states of a topic do not have much use by default (I think its observed only for site mails if I remember correctly?).

I wonder if we can at least change the default “Latest” view (for a category or the whole site). To hide those entries? (Unless “Latest” is understood as “all sorted by time”, but then I would rename it.)

(I did not find a good label, feel free to remove moderation if you think its not that, also we use archived as moderators for that reason to reduce the load on users)

You can filter the topics out with something like status:open?

Yes custom filters would be a good solution (if I can replace standard tabs), need to investigage that.
