Member account on hold

On of our members got the “account on hold” message. Is there something I (admin) need to do to change their status and post the message they were trying to post?


Have you already tried to approve their account?

I can’t see where to do that. Usually I get a notification but this time I didn’t.

This means the user has been silenced by a staff member or system (if they are new). You have to:

  2. Scroll down to permissions and press unsilence button image
