This is how I responded in private:

“Sorry we don’t provide free one to one support with any specific SLA, please post in public and I’ll get to it when I can.”

(SLA = Service Level Agreement - for those not familiar with such corporate jargon. I basically mean “without a promise of any particularly response time”).

Please let me know if I can make that more clear.

As you can see, I did, in fact, get to it :slight_smile:
