After we migrating our self-hosted instance to a different AWS machine, I am seeing this global banner post:
Outgoing email has been disabled for non-staff users
Does this mean non-staff are not getting email notifications? If so, how can we fix this?
If you mean this one, I unchecked the box but the banner message is still showing.
