Minimum time between new topics?

I’ve scoured Settings but cannot find anything.

Is there a way to set a threshold where a user cannot post multiple new topics within a certain time period?

We have many:

  • rate limit create topic: After creating a topic, users must wait (n) seconds before creating another topic.

  • rate limit new user create topic: After creating a topic, new users must wait (n) seconds before creating another topic.

  • max topics per day: Maximum number of topics a user can create per day.

  • max topics in first day: The maximum number of topics a user is allowed to create in the 24 hour period after creating their first post
