Indeed, there is no setting with the Discourse Sketch logo populated.
Might I ask, what’s in the logo setting?

What happens if you swap out the logo, and swap it back in?

(yes, I should have tried that!)
The clue was in the setting not showing a faded version of the main logo which is what should happen in addition.
