I am able to replicate this here on meta, on a variety of themes so not theme specific. Select posts to move via admin wrench, select move to another topic, select existing topic, type in keywords - get suggested topics to move to but without any title. Still works if you choose by topic ID but a bit handicapping.

This is also happening on my forum. Lists several choice, but no names.

@tgxworld stripped out some attributes in search (https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/84de643c04bf83740ccf9f085e0ff441d9482651) so I had to switch title to fancy_title
