One of my admins moved a Topic to another Category. Is there a way to see who moved the Topic and when it was moved?
Yes. Open the edit history and there should be a notification including the name of the admin and the time they decided to move it.
Only history I see is Moderation History and there is nothing there. Is there another history and if so how do I open it?

Of course. On the main post, top right side next to the time posted, there should be an orange pencil:
Once you press it p, the edit history will appear. For instance:

Pressing the orange Edit Pencil shows the changes the OP made. It also shows a line across the top with the Category move. That’s what I needed. Thank you!
