Need build a button require join personal message topic

Instead of users in discuss (message topic) proactive invite other user join in this discuss, they can require via button bellow “Require join Message Personal” to join this discuss, users in discuss before will get notification and click the Accept button to allow these user see content Message!

And i wanna combine this feature How show Toggle whisper, New message bottom topic?
Who can build for me?

As covered in the previous topic, a button that makes a reply a PM is already possible in the composer via the reply button

The feature show toggle whisper can be solve later. The button require Join message more important. Can you build it for me!
