@blake completed my new instance today for my hobby project and your walk through for Azure Discourse installation was excellent. Also, thanks for the mention of Azure storage plugin on the last step. I included that in my fresh install. Great work Discourse team.

i have DISCOURSE_SMTP_ENABLE_START_TLS: true but discourse trying send without tls. How to fix it?
