Hi
I am new to Discourse and after a few hours, my Discourse is now all setup and my old BBpress forum imported.
Just a question - I am also new to Docker 
If I want to change one SMTP setting, when rebuilding the docker, are all Mysql database erased ?
Whar are the best practices ?

Rebuilding only touches the server container, it does not touch the database. So it is completely safe.
