New Topic Create URL is not working for Subcategory

Team, I’m trying to give users a link to create a new topic. The functionality works well when user posts inside category. However the same functionality is not working in subcategory:

Am I doing something wrong here?

Still not working. The category ID based generation is working fine, but not the category name.

Here’s the subcategory link in which I want to create a topic:

Use the ID, not the name… thus you have a solution to your problem, yes?
