This is specific to your css customizations, it is not a bug in Discourse.

Found it. It was :

.alert.alert-info {
margin-top : 18px;
}

I deleted it.

Did you customize them, right?
I’m not at home and I find it difficult to control CSS from mobile, but I do not remember having touched the alerts.info messages for banners
