I don’t see the New Topic button to start a new topic. Is it because I’m new?
I can see it now. Thanks a lot! But, I am a new user of another platform, it’s called Outlier. Could it be the case that I have to wait to have that button there? On that web page, they are using Discourse to communicate.
It’s possible, but that’s a question you will need to ask them directly. I’m afraid we don’t support the Outlier community. Out of interest, how did you find your way here to Meta? Is there a link somewhere on Outlier?

You are right. I have asked in their forum. I hope they will answer.
On the Outlier platform there is a Community section. There, next to my profile picture, is the Get Started button. They have documents which explain about Discourse: how to use it, who is Discobot, and some other topics.
None of those topics seem to link here to Meta though. Did you remember how or why you came here? We are getting a lot of support requests for Outlier so I am trying to understand why people are coming here rather than asking on Outlier directly.
