No way to convert a post to a wiki

I have tried multiple different ways to convert a post to a wiki.

In the post menu I have enabled wiki.

It looks like you customize the post menu. Reset that admin setting and the wiki icon should appear behind the ellipses using the wrench icon on the post itself.
