I am a admin at https://prodigy-game.discourse.group/,
and we are trying to make a post into a wiki.
Normally, a TL4 are supposed to be able to change it into a wiki, but it doesn’t work here.
Any help will be great!
Also, yes, we did in fact check the settings, and my team are unable to find the problem. Could someone help us find the setting that will help us change this into a wiki?

The option is in the post actions, not the topic actions
Any post, any reply can be a wiki.

It’s weird you have access to topic actions but not post actions. 
I’m sure there’s a very obvious reason I can’t see.
While we wait for a smarter answer than mine, can you look at the post menu settings (/admin/site_settings/category/all_results?filter=post%20menu) and show us what you see?
Default should be:

I think it is probably a setting, but I cant seem to find it.
You are not only TL4 but even an admin, aren’t you? Even if making a post a wiki was not possible due to some setting, you should be able to see the admin wrench on posts. Are you able to see it?

We either overlooked the three dots, or changing the settings like how @Canapin said solved it.

I’m an admin on that forum too, and I noticed that the post action bar is now out of order. Here’s what I see:
Did you try putting it in the order you want? The post menu setting not only determines which options are shown but also their order.
