it says:

Be sure to set the notification email from: address correctly in your site settings

But I am unable to find any setting for notification in all the site settings. Any advice?

If you have it set in your app.yml, and it is by default these days, it won’t show up in the UX.

Oh, and if you read all the posts in that topic:

For some number of months notification_email is set in an ENV variable in app.yml, so it’s not accesible in the site settings.
