Si necesitas más control, puedes escuchar webhooks. Tengo una función en la nube de Firebase que procesa el contenido nuevo y me notifica en Slack cuando algo requiere atención. Usé Firebase porque el volumen aún es lo suficientemente bajo para caber en el plan gratuito y fue más rápido que integrar el código en otro servidor.
