Only count posts types of regular when calculating time to first response for admin stats

When looking at the admin stats for time to first response, I noticed the following:

Hmm yeah good point. Will need to verify that’s the case and fix. Also need to see if whispers count as a “first response”.

Those admin stats were including whispers and moderator actions. I pushed a fix for it. Also, post ownership changes would mess up the stats too.
