Opening and closing the reactions menu without picking a reaction disables highlighting

I remember this occuring for a while now, and (while I try to avoid it) I still frequently cause this.

when you’ve opened the Reactions menu on mobile and then click away (without selecting anything)? After that, it seems post text is unable to be highlighted.
