[PAID] Configure an S3 compatible object storage provider for uploads

What would you like done?

I would like to have S3 object storage installed and configured in the app.yml. I created AWS s3 storage for media uploads and backups for Discourse and I was able to make that work, but I wasn’t able to configure the object storage for uploads.

When do you need it done?
As soon as possible.

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?
