I want to customize permission levels for:

1. babble chat access for all mods

/admin/chats

2. custom level with access to

customize access: /admin/customize/*
chat access /admin/chats
house ads plugin access: /admin/plugins/pluginad/house_creatives
ad plugin access: /admin/site_settings/category/ad_plugin

Hi @jrgong This is not difficult to do via a plugin, as you probably know well. Basically, you could create a list of staff (by email, username, etc) as a global setting, similar to how Discourse defines developers by email address. Then, you could use that GlobalSettting in some patches to permit the two use cases are you are interested in. neounix suggests forking the plugin. If they is easy to to solve it differently, I would prefer not forking off any plugin. otherwise updating them will become a nightmare, right?
