[PAID] Ignore/Block Users

What would you like done?
Create either a theme component or plugin that would allow users to be blocked, or at least hide their posts.

Basically a third button within the Flag menu for any given post, where User A could block User B by pressing “Block” next to Flag Post and Take Action.

When do you need it done?
ASAP

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?
