Migrate the ScriptBrasil Forum (https://forum.scriptbrasil.com.br), from IPB v4.4.10 to Discourse. We already hosted the Discourse (v2.5.0.beta2) in a another server and copied the database and files from IPB (uploads/avatars/etc.).
All old URLs (categories/posts) should works fine. Can be rewrite rules.
This is a open and older tech community in Brazil. We looked at some IPB imports scripts, but it not worked with the latest version.

If you know that the existing IPB scripts don’t work with your database, you know that it is probably 1-3 days work to solve your problem.
