We must use Google adsense and Google ad exchange ads and put them in between content, paragraphs, sticky ads on top, bottom and sidebars etc. You can configure google tag manager to server Google analytics, adsense etc if it can improve speed.
You should optimize the server side, app.yaml, discourse at server side and client side.

because its Core Web Vitals are passed and its using Google Adsense and Google Ad exchange.
I want the end goal is to have 100% pagespeed score on mobile, desktop with core web vitals passed and using Adsense and Google ad exchange ads too.
We need this urgently done as we have lost all our traffic and SEO rankings due our site slow speed issue and high bounce rate of 93%
