Personal chat member count doesn't update when a member is deleted

For some reason, if you create a personal chat with a test user and then delete that test user, that chat still has 2 members in the UI, even though only one member is shown.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an alternate account
  2. From your main account, create a personal chat with the alternate account.
  3. Delete the alternate account.
  4. Open the chat with the deleted account from your main account and look at the member count in the member list.

It’s expected, there is some delay in how we update count in certain cases.
