Pin one Category to the top, the rest by activity

Hi,

I’d like to be able to pin one category (“User Guides and How-Tos”) to the top of the Categories view, while allowing all the other categories to be listed by activity (below the pinned category).

I don’t think that’s currently possible, would it be possible to implement?

I use this for that purpose (but had to fork to get the exact behaviour I wanted) Homepage Feature Component - #97 by merefield

It’s very useful if you have a small number of Topics you want to feature
