This user stats is shown even for non staff. Ideally, I would like it to seen by admins, and perhaps, staff; sut it shows for all users.
Where can I turn it off for non admin\staff users?

Yes I did. In fact, i had to blow away the Digital Ocean install and started all over with a new Droplet etc.
