Different types of users have different moderation powers in Discourse. And there is also Description of various user states in Discourse (Admin / Moderator / Staff / Developer / Other).
Having at least 4 topics in 3 categories about different users and their permissions is quite confusing.

Can they delete everyones posts or just their posts?
