Plugin outlet `admin-above-badge-buttons` does not set badge argument correctly

I’m currently developing against 2016.01, but I see the main branch still has the same code:

That needs be @badge instead of this.buffered.

Sounds correct to me. Are you able to make a PR to core, and link it here?

If you make the PR against main, then we can take care of backporting it to 2025.12 and 2026.1
