Time input also same issue, and emoji picker will break the layout.

Sorry forgot to answer.
Sadly I can’t fix this, by design we can only have one modal at a time, edit category is a modal, insert hyper link is a modal, so it’s not possible. Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t see any easy way to accomplish this. Way forward I can think of:
Do as I did for dates and emojis, hide the hyperlink button.
