I only can access the subdomain on other browsers.

Hmm, what is your DNS provider?
GoDaddy, I changed the nameservers to Azure’s.
Did you try removing then re adding the subdomain record?
How was this issue resolved?
I’m having exactly same issue.
I’m not using any CDN like cloudflare or any other similar thing.
I’m using outer nginx/reverse proxy with 2 container setup.
I’m able to ping my domain name and it returns correct IP address of my vps.
But when I try to do a fresh install, it gives the error that my domain name isn’t reachable.
Nor am I able to rebuild web_only.
Pls help.
As I said on your other topic, You can’t use discourse-setup.
And you need to remove the theme component before you can rebuild.
