Possible to show number of visitors in real time?

did a search, not found related discussion.

wonder if possible/easy to add number of visitors (say during the last 15min, including visits from logged-in and not logged in ) in real time.
to show it on the home page somewhere, that helps a feeling of an online community…

What about Discourse Who's Online? This is close to what you’re looking for, I believe.

saw that one, that is a plugin, not good for our hosting plan,
will check if that plugin is provided there, thanks tho…
thinking that might be a simple theme component could do this… maybe not possible without server side thing.
