On iOS using Firefox…

In the circled topic title of my bookmarks, the HTML for the apostrophe is not rendering correctly. Instead of displaying isn’t, it shows up as isn%rsquo;t.

Thanks for the report - I can actually reproduce this on multiple environments and browsers, including chrome desktop on IOS, Safari, chrome on linux, etc.
