Preserve the order of poll items?

When I create a bar-type poll the results aren’t shown in the same order in which I listed the items. How can I have the poll to show its results in the same order in which I write the itemized list?

The results are shown in order of most to least amount of votes. With the most voted option at the top. If you want to see the options in the original order you could toggle between the Show vote and the Show results button (if enabled).

Hm not quite satisfactory. I get the same feedback from my community. Would love the results be kept in the order as intended, not sorted by votes

Sort poll options by results

We noticed that the behavior of polls changed recently: after voting, the poll options are sorted by the number of votes. For our use case (we have a regular ‘feature/don’t feature’ poll in the moderator team) this leads to ‘misfires’ as people are used to the options having a fixed location. Is there a way to disable this globally and re-enable on individual polls?
