This theme component gets thumbnail from topics with certain tags to add photo walls to user profile.
As can be seen, the user posted a topic marked with #photo with an image, so it was added to the photo wall of their profile.
It will only get the first 30 topics containing the certain tags, and will then filter out topics that do not contain images. Therefore, it is highly recommended to use a separate tag for users to post images.
