The logs seem to be pointing to this part of my app.yml file:

## Plugins go here
## see https://meta.discourse.org/t/19157 for details
hooks:
  before_code:
    - exec:
        cmd:
          - apt-get update
          - apt-get install -y libsodium-dev
  after_code:
    - exec:
        cd: $home/plugins
        cmd:

I removed the “before_code” part and got this message on rebuild:

Any tips would be appreciated!

I found the problem it seems. It’s probably very specific to me. One of my plugins used rbnacl as a dependency (hence the libsodium)

I don’t actually use this dependency though. Removing it entirely fixed the problem
